Real Estate Terms: Accepted high bidder is to pay a down payment deposit of $5,000.00 as earnest money and sign a purchase agreement immediately upon the conclusion of the bidding with the balance of the purchase price due at closing in 30 days. The earnest money deposit will be held in a trust account until the closing date. At the closing, the buyer will pay the balance of the purchase price and take title and possession of the property. The seller and the buyer must sign the purchase agreement. The buyer will receive a free and clear title with all real estate taxes prorated to the date of the closing.
